My name is Jasmaine Rehbaum, and before anything else, I am a daughter of Mt. Healthy. I was born and raised here, went to school here, and I still have family rooted throughout this community. This city shaped who I am — my work ethic, my resilience, and my belief that great things can grow from small places.
I’ve spent the last several years building a career in project management, hospitality, and creative development, always carrying with me the values I learned here: take care of people, show up for your neighbors, and build things that last. Now I’m taking those experiences and bringing them home.

A Project Rooted in Home
Four Willows is more than a business idea to me. It’s a way of creating opportunity, pride, and possibility within the community that raised me. My vision is to build a beautiful, modern gathering venue where families can celebrate milestones, where local organizations can host events, and where people from outside the city can experience the warmth and charm of an often-overlooked corner of Cincinnati.
I chose Mt. Healthy not just because it’s familiar — but because I believe Mt. Healthy deserves investment, thoughtful development, and projects that uplift the neighborhood rather than replace it. I want Four Willows to reflect the character of this community: grounded, welcoming, creative, and strong.
My dream is to create something that my children — and the next generation of Mt. Healthy kids — can be proud of. A space that brings new energy without taking away what makes this city special. A place where weddings, reunions, celebrations, and community events all feel welcome.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to come back to where it all started and invest in something meaningful. And I’m even more grateful for the support, questions, and conversations I’ve already had with neighbors and community members. Every piece of feedback matters.
