A Gathering Space Rooted in Community

“Our goal is to create a peaceful, well-managed event venue that adds value to Miles Road and the Mt. Healthy community.”

My Commitment to the Community

As I work through zoning and planning, I want to make sure the voices of Mt. Healthy residents are heard and respected. My goals include:

  • Minimizing neighborhood impact (traffic, noise, and environmental considerations)

  • Maintaining the natural landscape of the property as much as possible

  • Creating benefits for residents, including discounted event rentals

  • Keeping Mt. Healthy’s identity at the center of every decision I make

  • Being transparent, approachable, and open to community feedback

This isn’t a “build it and disappear” kind of project — this is a long-term commitment to a place I deeply care about.

Community Mitigation Plan

We have answered a few questions for the community. If you have a question you don't see answered, please reach out!

Will there be noise mitigation?

Yes — Four Willows uses indoor-focused events, early cutoff times, natural tree buffers, sound-directing architecture, and optional decibel monitoring.

What are the community benefits?

  • Revitalization of an underused building

  • Small-business job creation

  • Beautification of the area

  • Discounts for residents

  • Early access to community events

  • Increased property value

How will traffic be managed?

Dedicated event scheduling, a turn-in lane, and strict parking management ensure minimal disruption. No street parking will be allowed.

How late will events go?

Standard event end time is 10 pm, with cleanup closing the property by 11 pm.

Will this bring strangers wandering around miles road?

No — guests remain on the venue property. Staff will always be present during events. Clear signage directs all traffic away from the neighborhood.

Will this increase taxes for neighbors?

No — privately funded. No tax increase.

Four Willows isn’t just a business idea to me — it’s a chance to build something beautiful for the place that built me.

As a small, minority woman entrepreneur, I’m walking a path that isn’t always easy. I don’t have a big development company behind me, or investors waiting in line. I’m piecing this dream together with determination, late nights, and every bit of faith I have. And I’m doing it while raising a family of six, working, and trying to create something meaningful for our city.

Most large developers skip past communities like ours unless they see profit.
I see people. I see families.
I see history and potential.

Four Willows is my promise that Mt. Healthy deserves something special too — a peaceful event space, a place for celebrations, reunions, and gatherings, built with care, intention, and respect for the neighborhood around it.

Your support, whether it’s $5 or $50, does more than help cover early design and zoning costs…
It shows the zoning board that this community believes in a local woman with a local dream — not another outside developer with outside interests.
It tells them that our voices matter, that our neighborhood can shape its own future.

This is not an investment. It’s simply a chance to stand behind a project that comes from the heart of this community — not outside of it.

Thank you for believing that someone from here can build something beautiful right here.
Thank you for standing with me as I try to open doors that aren’t always open for women who look like me.
And thank you for being part of the beginning of Four Willows.
